Cricket Park is a 15-story residential building we developed on block 1 of Calle José Faustino Sánchez Carrión, in Magdalena del Mar. It features 88 apartments, distributed across a 1,005 m² lot, with a total built area of 12,650 m². The project includes 5 basement levels, 89 parking spaces, 10 storage units, and 4 elevators providing efficient access to all floors.
We designed common areas tailored for family and urban living: a lobby with two lounge areas, a Dining Room with terrace, gym, rooftop terrace with grill zone, and a children’s play area. Thanks to its strategic location near Costa Verde, Cricket Park offers a modern living concept with excellent connectivity and comfort.
